Jaime Grassi-Graham – Jaime has been an integral part of the Title Partners team since 2004. Jaime has worn every "hat" in our company. She has more than 9 years of full-time title experience, nearly 6 of them here with Title Partners. Jaime is a licensed Title Examiner and is excellent at solving complex problems. She has an innate ability to maintain control in stressful, time-sensitive situations and has been a major contributor to the success of Title Partners.

Michelle Moran – Michelle joined Title Partners in August of 2008 and has proven to be a tremendous addition to the growing team. Michelle is a talented, licensed Examiner and aids in management decisions as well as complex transaction risk assessments. Michelle has more than 17 years of full-time title experience and is proficient in all aspects of a real estate closing.

Michelle Anderson – Michelle is a multi-talented title veteran. Michelle has more than 10 years of full-time experience in the title insurance and real estate fields and has been with Title Partners for approximately 3 years. She is a licensed Title Examiner and a licensed Realtor.  Michelle is responsible primarily for accounting functions on the corporate side of the business and assists Owen Lee on operational issues.

Jason Courtney – Jason joined Title Partners in 2009 and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team. With more than 10 years of full-time experience, Jason serves as Senior Account Executive as well as handling most of the foreclosure clients of the company. Jason has an ever-growing clientele and provides a level of service rarely seen in the industry today.

Susan Shepard – Susan is a twenty three year veteran of the title industry. Susan joined Title Partners in 2005 and is approaching five years of service with the organization. Susan serves as Senior Account Executive and has recruited and retained some of the company's top clients. Her depth of knowledge is exceptional as well as her ability to solve problems and achieve positive results.

Beth Bansberg – Beth graciously joined the Title Partners team in 2007 and is a tremendous asset. Her main role is of Escrow Officer and her 30 years of industry experience prove invaluable on a daily basis. Her emphasis on client care and seamless closings is top notch. Accuracy and over-the-top attention to detail, coupled with a tremendous daily attitude sets Beth apart from the competition.

Armanda Rodriguez – Armanda joined the Title Partner team in 2009 and brings 8 years of full-time experience to our Escrow Division. Her ability to multi-task and handle tough situations makes her a great asset for our clients. Armanda is bilingual, speaking both fluent English and Spanish. 

Carrie Benner – Carrie joined Title Partners in 2008 and brought with her 8 years of full-time experience. Carrie runs the Disbursement Division of Title Partners and works diligently to ensure proper funding and pay-offs. Carrie is also extremely proficient in escrow issues and the production of closing documents.  

Shelly Shouse – Shelly joined the Title Partners team in 2008 and has proven to be an extremely dedicated and talented team member. Shelly handles multiple responsibilities in the day-to-day operations and has a true ability to exceed the expectations of the clients and customers. She has more than 6 years of full-time title experience.

Sandy Olson – Sandy works in the area of recordings and Policies. Sandy has more than 35 years of full-time experience in the title industry and owned her own company for more than 20 years. Her extensive experience has proven to be of true value in the enhancement of Title Partners growth.

Michael Moran – Michael is a Senior Escrow Officer at Title Partners and joined the team in August of 2008 as well. Mike is responsible for client retention and ensuring accurate and complete closing packages. Mike's 12 years experience has proven to be a real asset to each Title Partner client in which he interacts.

Chris Olson – Chris joined Title Partners in 2008 and brings more than 17 years of full-time experience to the organization. Chris's biggest contribution is in client creation and systems operation. Chris has performed every aspect of the title process, from start to finish, and is responsible for personally handling retention of some of the company's largest clients.

Eric Bernhardt – Eric joined the Title Partners team in 2008 and predominately works in Sales and Closings. Eric is also a ten year veteran of the industry and is proficient in escrow matters, closings, examining and funding issues. He is a true asset to the team and a valued team member.

Heath Little – Heath is an Account Executive at Title Partners and has 7 years full-time experience in the field. Heath also has an extensive background in residential mortgages and real estate. Heath has his own book of business as well as providing closing services for other Title Partners clients.

Jessica Mahar – Jessica works in the Closing Division of Title Partners. Her main responsibility is to close mortgage and real estate transactions. She has more than 6 years of full-time experience and, as the last impression on a client, does a fantastic job of making a closing what it truly is, a celebration.

Dave Trella – Dave is also in the Closing Division of Title Partners and he performs the closing function of the transactions. Dave brings a true level of professionalism to our profession and his abilities at the closing table are always in high demand.

Basia Grabas, MBA – Basia joined Title Partners in 2008. She is a mastered-degreed professional and runs the Accounting Division of Title Partners. She is a truly talented individual whose vast knowledge of the mortgage industry proves beneficial in her title responsibilities and in producing accurate results.

Cecilia Morelli, MBA – Cecilia Morelli has been an integral part of Title Partners almost since its inception. Cecilia has 9 years of full-time title experience. She currently runs the Accounting Division of Title Partners with Basia and assists Vincent Lee on all business matters including but not limited to banking, funding, and reconciling.
